I have the CD for the install, but when I upgraded to Windows 7 Pro from XP, appears that data and various settings, etc., were deleted. Lost jacket which had original activation key on it.

The activation key is found on the CD as a licence key. However, if there is none, you need to contact the manufacturer of your computer because Creative does not have drivers or offer support for this device.
